BBC News said, “Europe has seen a big surge in measles cases in 2017, which the World Health Organization says is a tragedy after a record low of 5,273 cases in 2016.”

In Japan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns people who have a plan to go to Europe about measles and rubella. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommend having vaccine shot for measles and rubella if you have never or have had vaccine shots once.
